A contemporary architecture villa with luxurious interiors and spacious rooms that open onto stunning sea views. A space where the use of noble materials and a palette of neutral colors was chosen to achieve the perfect symbiosis with the surroundings.
The main concern was to provide everyone who enjoys this luxury home with a comfortable environment with maximum privacy. The space was completely thought out in detail, creating a perfect harmony between the interior and the exterior, whether through the glazed openings or through the rigorously selected materials.
The building consists of three floors, two above ground level for housing and one floor below ground level for a garage and technical area.
The project was developed in order to establish a balanced articulation between the volume to be built and the surrounding physical environment, opting to implant the building in the area of the land closer to the adjoining road.
In order to maintain the privacy requested by the applicants and taking into account the privileged location of the land, it was decided to make a street facade almost completely closed, opening huge openings in the facade facing south.
This is undoubtedly an urbanistic operation that will contribute, in a certain way, to the dignification and consolidation of the urban space of this land.
