General Conditions of Sale
The present conditions of sale exclusively determine the relationship between the trader Página Distinda Unipessoal and the customer (user of the site and registered customer).
These conditions are the only existing ones and replace any other conditions of sale, unless otherwise stated in writing. By using this website, the customer automatically undertakes to respect and comply with the conditions, terms of use and privacy policy imposed here.
To place orders, it is necessary to register a user account or customer account, with valid data.
If you are assigned a username and password, you must keep and treat this information as confidential and non-transferable. The user will also be responsible for all activities that may occur with the use of this access data.
The user is obliged to notify RC Home immediately when he detects any anomaly in the use of his data by third parties. RC Home is not responsible for any misuse of said data. In these terms, RC Home reserves the right to deactivate any user account without prior notice, if it detects any irregularity in its use, or for any other reason it deems justifiable.
Orders for products and services can be placed in the following ways:
1. Through the website www.ritacordeirohome.com, with a login. This service is available 24 hours a day, every day, from national territory (Portugal);
2. By telephone: (+351) 236 036 753 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday;
3. By email, to the address lf@ritacordeiroarquitectos.com from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday;
All amounts shown are in Euro currency and include VAT. at the legal rate in force, not including postage or other transaction fees.
In certain cases, such as purchases of larger quantities, the prices shown on the website may change, with discounts attributable by the respective account manager. In situations of this nature, the customer is advised to place the order via email or telephone.
The merchant Página Distinda Unipessoal reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice. However, it will make every effort to maintain the same prices indicated at the time the order is placed.
The trader Página Distinta Unipessoal reserves the right to review and cancel any order placed through this website, if it does not meet the company's commercial requirements, violates any of the terms of this agreement, or if there are computer errors, manual errors, errors in transcription and technical errors in pricing or content.
The merchant Página Distinta Unipessoal does not guarantee the reliability, usefulness or veracity of all the information and services of the website, nor of the documentation made available through it. Accordingly, it does not guarantee or accept responsibility for the following:
1. The continuity of the contents of the website;
2. The absence of errors in the referrals;
3. The absence of viruses and/or other harmful components on the website or on the server that makes it available;
4. The invulnerability of the website and/or the impossibility of violating the security measures adopted therein;
5. Lack of usefulness or performance of the contents of the website;
6. Damages or losses caused by any person, himself or a third party, that violates the conditions, rules and instructions that RC Home establishes on the website or through the violation of the security systems of the website.
The retailer Página Distinda Unipessoal will make every effort to meet its delivery deadlines, using stocks available at the time the order is placed. In the event that the item is not in stock, RC Home will contact the customer by email or by telephone, to indicate the new expected delivery date or an alternative to it.
The merchant Página Distinda Unipessoal offers two forms of delivery:
a. Survey at our facilities:
It is possible to pick up orders at our facilities during office hours: from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, excluding holidays. It will also be necessary to make an appointment for the respective survey.
b. Express Delivery:
We opt for carriers that can deliver the goods to the indicated address between 24 and 72 hours after the date of dispatch.
The cost of postage will be quoted separately, after the order has been submitted in our online store. The associated costs are borne by the customer.
The assembly service is not included, regardless of the delivery method.
The customer can pay for his order through the following methods:
1. Multibanco, at an ATM or homebanking;
2. MB WAY, in the app, at an ATM or through your bank's home banking.
3. Paypal
The products for sale on this site are covered by different types of commercial guarantees. All are given a 2 year warranty period. It is possible that some have different conditions and / or deadlines, which will be defined by the manufacturer.
The legislation in force in relation to guarantees and returns in national territory applies. For more information see: DL 67/2003, of April 8, Consumer Law - Law n.º 24/96 of July 31, Decree-Law n.º 70/2007, of March 26, Decree-Law n. 371/2007, 6th November 2007, Decree-Law 57/2008, 26th March.
However, we remind you that only products that:
1. Correspond to the description contained in documents issued by the trader Página Distinda Unipessoal;
2. No technical intervention or repair attempt has been made;
3. Have not been assembled correctly or whose damage is the result of poor handling or assembly;
4. Breaks and peaks in the electric current are not covered by the guarantee, as well as being the responsibility of the customer to ensure an electrical installation with good grounding, as required by law for all electrical products;
5. Are clean and free of impurities and dust;
6. Do not contain defects known to the customer and the merchant Unipessoal Distinguished Page at the time of purchase;
7. Have not been used and do not show signs of use.
