RETURNS
After making a purchase in our online store, you have 14 days from the date of delivery, to make the return. The customer is responsible for fully bearing the costs of returning the goods in case of exercise of the right of free resolving of the contract. On the return of any products the following conditions must be met:
- Contact Rita Cordeiro Home at the lf@ritacordeiroarquitectos.com;
- The products must be returned in perfect condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice;
- Rita Cordeiro Home does not accept the return of any products after use;
- All items will be checked upon arrival and will only be accepted for exchange or return those who comply with the return conditions;
- Rita Cordeiro Home reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.
